Return window
We accept returns within 15 calendar days after delivery, provided the product is unused, in its original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
Hygiene products
For safety and hygiene reasons, opened or used products (pomades, oils, waxes, etc.) cannot be returned, except for manufacturing defects.

Refunds
Once the product is received and inspected, the refund is issued through the same payment method (Mercado Pago). Crediting times depend on your bank or method.
